On arrival at Agatti airport, our representative will receive and escort you to the Hotel. After the lunch proceed for Agatti island sightseeing which include – Public Library, South beach, Eastern jetty (ship embarkation and disembarkation point), NIOT sea water desalination Plant, Lagoon beach a sunset point, relax in the creamy sand for a couple of hours and back to Hotel around 7:00 pm, dinner will be served at 8:30 pm.-Overnight stay at Agatti.
After breakfast enjoy optional Aqua activities, adventure sports include scuba diving, snorkelling, glass bottom boating ride, etc. on a direct payment basis. Enjoy relaxing on the beach. Evening 3.30 pm glass bottom boating to Kalpity island trip. After a short break, guests can go to various sightseeing places, evening 6.30pm return back to Agatti island. Overnight at the resort.

This is the final day at Agatti, Morning after breakfast proceeds for finishing departure formalities and proceeds to Airport, for the return journey to Kochi. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by BasChalo and its respective travel partners.

Transportation: Vehicles will be provided according to the selected package and itinerary. Vehicle changes may be required due to operational or road conditions.
Travel Documents: Guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification and any permits or additional documents required for the trip.
High-Altitude Travel: Ladakh is a high-altitude destination. Guests should follow medical advice, acclimatization instructions, and safety guidelines throughout the trip.
Optional Activities: Activities such as camel rides, pony rides, gondola rides, and other optional experiences are subject to availability and may incur additional charges unless explicitly included in the package.
Additional Expenses: Expenses arising from personal purchases, additional meals, extra nights, optional activities, delays, or services not specified in the package are payable by the traveller.
Force Majeure: BasChalo will not be held responsible for disruptions caused by natural disasters, extreme weather, landslides, roadblocks, political unrest, government orders, or other events beyond reasonable control. Assistance will be provided where reasonably possible.
Guest Responsibility: Travellers must follow local laws, respect local customs, maintain appropriate conduct, and comply with instructions from tour coordinators and authorities.
Acceptance: Payment towards a booking indicates acceptance of the applicable package details and the terms communicated to the traveller.
Full Advance Payment: 100% of the total package cost must be paid in advance to confirm the booking and secure the travel arrangements.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after receipt of the full payment and confirmation of the required services.
Payment Deadline: The complete payment must be received before the departure date and within the payment deadline communicated by BasChalo.
Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings made close to the departure date are subject to availability and require full payment at the time of booking.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made through the payment methods officially accepted by BasChalo, including UPI, bank transfer, or an approved online payment gateway.
Payment Receipt: Customers are advised to retain their payment receipts and transaction references for future correspondence.
Cancellation and Refunds: All cancellations and refund requests will be processed according to the applicable cancellation and refund policies communicated at the time of booking.
Additional Charges: Any services or expenses not included in the selected package will be charged separately, wherever applicable.
Unpaid Bookings: Provisional reservations may be released if the required payment is not received within the specified deadline.
The following is a proposed cancellation schedule for individual tour bookings. It should be finalized against the actual supplier contracts before use.

Additional cancellation conditions
The cancellation date will be counted from the date written cancellation is received by BasChalo.
Certain hotel bookings, camps, permits, transport services, or special arrangements may have stricter cancellation conditions. Any applicable non-refundable charges will be communicated where possible.
If a traveller does not arrive at the designated departure point or fails to join the tour, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable.
Requests to change travel dates, passenger names, accommodation, or package services will be subject to availability and any applicable amendment charges.
If BasChalo must cancel a trip, the traveller will be informed and offered the applicable refund or alternative arrangements in accordance with the booking terms and applicable law.
Cancellation requests should include the lead traveller's name, booking reference, travel dates, and reason for cancellation.
Important: The cancellation charges above are proposed terms, not verified supplier charges. The final policy should reflect actual hotel, camp, and transport contracts and comply with applicable consumer-protection requirements.
Refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation date, the services booked, and the cancellation charges imposed by hotels, transport operators, camps, and other suppliers.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing through the official booking communication channel.
Any applicable cancellation charges, non-refundable supplier payments, payment gateway charges where applicable, and other disclosed deductions may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Once a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 7–14 business days. The actual credit date may depend on the bank or payment provider.
No refund will ordinarily be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing activities, meals not consumed, or early departure, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
If a service is cancelled by BasChalo and no suitable alternative is accepted, the refund for the affected service will be determined according to the booking terms and applicable law.
In the event of force majeure, refunds or credits will depend on recoveries from suppliers and the options available under the booking agreement and applicable law.
Travellers are advised to retain booking confirmations, receipts, payment references, and cancellation correspondence until the refund is completed.
